Equal parts Syrah and Grenache from two plots mainly consisting of small and large rounded stones, similar to those found in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

The grapes are macerated with whole clusters for 4 weeks, after which the wine is aged for 12 months in old 3200L wooden barrels.
