2022, Bonnet-Cotton, 100% Cotton: Made from vineyards just outside of Odessa at lower elevation than Cote de Brouilly, this is a light and fresh expression of Gamay. Brouilly was the second wine that Pierre produced, and decided to stick with the same name - 100% Cotton.

2022, Bonnet-Cotton, Cote de Brouilly: 100% Gamay from Cote de Brouilly, harvested manually. The grapes undergo a carbonic maceration in whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. The wine ages in century-old founders originally built for holding beer, which were repurposed in the 1950s and 1960s.

2022, Bonnet-Cotton, Fleurie “Poncié”: The Gamay for this cuvée comes from a beautiful old vineyard facing south towards the village of Fleurie. The grapes are vinified in the same method as Cotton’s other wines, which showcases the difference between his native terroir of Brouilly and the softer wines from Fleurie.
