Who doesn't know the name of Bordeaux from its wines? The reputation of the Bordeaux vineyards is well established, with legendary wines found on the tables of top restaurants and at auctions. However, you will not find any of these wines on our shelves.

The existence of 38 different appellations within the vineyard is explained by the diversity of terroirs, i.e. soil types, cultivated grape varieties, cultivation and vinification practices. This diversity allows natural winemaker to blend a lot of grape varieties from different parts of Bordeaux, like Les Chais du Port de la Lune, offering a complete different experience than the classic Bordeaux you are used to taste.
