100% Syrah made from organic vines in the Vallée de l'Ouvèze, Northern Rhône.

Harvested manually and fermented with wild yeasts. The vinification is an infusion of 50% direct press juice with 50% whole bunches, macerated together for 9 days. No fining or filtration.

A lighter style of Syrah, with black pepper and violet on the nose and juicy black cherry and black olive on the palate. A fresh red wine with bright acidity.
