A clean natural wine, on Nebbiolo also called Chiavennasca in Valtellina.

Spontaneous fermentation and no filtration

Castel Grumello , owned by the De Piro family in the fourteenth century, is a twin fortress, made up of two separate structures, once joined by a wall overlooking the hill cultivated with Nebbiolo delle Alpi.

Hence the name of this wine, the result of the assembly of grapes from the two estate vineyards located in the Grumello area .

Grumello Rocca De Piro is surprisingly quickly ready to drink and does not require a long ageing.
