In the heart of the appellation Vire-clesse in the southeast part of Burgundy, Baptiste is managing the cellar with Estelle (his wife) for the 5th generation. They have been growing the vines organically since 2006.

Being 5th generation, gives a big heritages and history which includes some very old familial vines, like in the Macon-village wine, where the vines are more than 100 years old. The wines are powerful and elegant, mainly from the fact that the fermentation is soft and long (3 to 6 months) from indigenous yeast It gives an authentic complex Chardonnay that grows on clay and chalky soil, a terroir that balances perfectly fat and freshness in the wines.
