Audrey Pilorget was a winegrower for 20 years in Alsace. After a 9 year interlude as a wine merchant in Paris, she returned to her original love by settling in the Loir-et-Cher.
Since 2019, she has been making wines without any additives, from organic, biodynamic and above all non-interventionist agriculture.
All the wines are vinified without any chemical or mechanical intervention (no racking, no sulfites, no filtration). Long maturation is the rule: between 18 months and 2 years for the whites and one year for the reds.
Her activity is based on the purchase of must (pressed fruit residue) from vines cultivated by 1 or 2 winemakers depending on the vintage. In the future, her project is to buy or rent a parcel of vines in order to take charge of the entire process of cultivation of the vines (biodynamic) as well as the vinification.
